The minimum relationship balance required to avoid the monthly service charge is $2,500.00. The relationship balance equals the lowest balance of the Neighborhood NOW Account plus the lowest balance of ALL deposit accounts where the Tax Reporting Owner of the checking account is an owner or additional owner on the following accounts: any other checking account product, Certificate of Deposit account, Money Market account, Advantage Savings account, Savings account or IRA accounts.
If the minimum relationship balance falls below $2,500.00 within a statement cycle the month service charge of $14.95 will be assessed to the Neighborhood NOW Account.

The Good Neighbor NOW Account requirement is a recurring Direct Deposit of a paycheck, pension or Social Security income electronically deposited into the Good Neighbor NOW Account each statement cycle. The Direct Deposit must be made by an employer or an outside agency. Transfers from one account to another or deposits made at a branch or ATM do not qualify as Direct Deposits. Failure to maintain a Direct Deposit into the Good Neighbor NOW Account will result in a $19.95 monthly maintenance fee charged to the Good Neighbor NOW Account. The relationship balance equals the lowest balance of the Good Neighbor NOW Account plus the lowest balance of all deposit accounts where the Tax Reporting Owner of the checking account is an owner or additional owner on the following accounts:any other checking account product, Certificate of Deposit account, Money Market account, Advantage Savings account, Savings account or IRA accounts.

The Golden Neighbor NOW Account requirement is that the primary account owner must be 55 years of age at the time the account is opened and must maintain a minimum $2,500.00 relationship balance to avoid the $14.95 monthly service charge. The relationship balance equals the lowest balance of the Golden (Senior) Neighbor NOW Account plus the lowest balance of all deposit accounts where the Tax Reporting Owner of the checking account is an owner or additional owner on the following accounts:any other checking account product, Certificate of Deposit account, Money Market account, Advantage Savings account, Savings account or IRA accounts.
